Items purchased can be returned within 28 days of purchase. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. To obtain a refund or exchange, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return, also stating whether a refund or exchange is required. We will then refund the amount to the card used for payment.
If the item is returned as unsuitable, but is returned in a worn condition, or the packaging is damaged, making the item unsellable – this is a breach of our returns policy and the item does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we advise you to send returns recorded delivery via Royal Mail as this insures the parcel and is tracked. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
Distance Selling Regulations
If we are notified within 7 working days by letter, email or phone that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will happily refund the total amount including any outgoing postage charge. If we are notified after 7 working days of you receiving your purchase, we will only then be able to refund any outgoing postage cost should an item be incorrect, faulty or received damaged.
